Connect Chat has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This app is for adults only, and any content or behaviour involving the exploitation of children is strictly prohibited.
Registration requires a birth year, and accounts cannot be created by anyone under 18. If we learn that an account is used by a minor, we remove it immediately.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, grooming or attempting sexual contact with a minor, distributing, advertising or soliciting such material, and sexualising minors in any form.
Every conversation has a "Report" button that lets you report a user or a specific message. Reports go into a moderation queue. For urgent cases, or if you cannot use the app, email the address below.
Child safety reports are handled as a priority. Where a violation is confirmed: the content is removed, the account is permanently banned, and the material and related information are referred to the competent authorities as required by applicable law.
We cooperate with law enforcement and child protection authorities in Lithuania and the European Union, and comply with lawful requests for information.
